I jarred some punk cabbage yesterday. Upon leaving them out in the warm sun for a minute while moving and now the inside of the jar is slightly fogged up. Sould i be concerned about this? The stems snapped through so i thought they were ready to be trimmed and jarred (this is from a branch that broke durring the storms so a bit of a early harvest I know)
