First time grower here and I am learning along the way. Just started these seeds 3 1/2 weeks ago and Iā€™m seeing some discoloration. What does this mean? I tested the Ph yesterday and I was at a 6.9. The water level is great. The soil i am using is some Garden Magic potting soil( pics of soil is below). Thank you for your advice.
