Hi from across the pond, I’ve always done pretty well up to this point but drying and curing has always been my nemesis, I’m very fussy what I smoke taste wise and won’t have it with any trace of hay even if strength is high, but I always seem to end up with that slight aroma of hay no matter what way I go so end up using it for edibles and such, it goes ok up to end of drying, then I pop it into kilner jars with 62% humidity control sachets burping a couple times a day but the hay smell builds from there, wham I doing wrong? Can you knowledgeable guys point me in the right direction to any foolproof methods?tia
